Your enrolment is valid once we have received
- Our price quotation, signed for agreement
- Your purchase order or confirmation by e-mail in conformity with our prices and the conditions mentioned below
- Your payment (for private students or one time only orders)
Once you have placed an order, EUROSPEAK needs to receive your complete invoice details: name, contact, address, VAT or enterprise number, possible subsidies (KMO portefeuille, Formstimul). Training vouchers or your user or authorization code need to be given to EUROSPEAK before the course starts.
Your order is valid for one year after starting date. If a course has to be interrupted, the value of the remaining hours of tuition can be claimed for other language projects by another participant. Additional registration fees, transportation costs or didactic material will be invoiced.
Conversation classes, intensive courses and summer courses run according to a fixed schedule. If you cannot attend a lesson, you will receive the course material or an overview but lessons cannot be compensated.
If tailor-made lessons need to be re-scheduled, we kindly ask you to call our office at least one working day before the scheduled lesson and this before noon. This gives us the opportunity to re-schedule and we do not need to charge the lesson.
EUROSPEAK has the right to cancel open group courses if the minimum number of participants is not obtained, in which case already paid tuition fees are refunded.
Each lesson takes minimum 1 ½ to 2 hours.
